The courses are organised into 4 packs, each adapted for different food handlers.
PACK 1: BASIC FOOD SAFETY
These courses are for the general public and people who want to protect their family from most foodborne diseases.
PACK 2: STREET FOOD
This pack deals with food safety issues more specific to street food vendors and street food consumers.
PACK 3: WET MARKETS
The courses in this pack are specially designed to help Wet Markets workers to ensure the food safety of the products they prepare and sell.
PACK 4: RESTAURANTS
This pack covers all important food safety procedures in restaurants such as personal hygiene, food hazards, cleaning or food safety management.
